Hi, I'm Darren Carey

I'm a Suffolk-based artist with over 35 years of experience, specialising in traditional gouache and watercolour paintings. I focus on landscapes, cityscapes, and animals, capturing light, colour, and atmosphere to evoke emotion and depth. Inspired by the countryside around me and the energy of city life, I aim to bring each subject to life with bold detail and vibrant colour. My work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK, New York, and Paris, and is collected for its expressive and timeless style.
